IUPUI Experience in Professionalism (EIP) is a 1-credit, 8-week course available to students both fall and spring semesters. The course focuses on various topics related to workforce development and career readiness through experiential and reflective elements.

Which students can benefit?

We recommend this for undergraduate students of all majors and class standings, as long as they have solidified a major (or are concentrating on a select few). Students must have completed 12 credit hours of coursework prior to enrolling. Outside of those requirements, all students could benefit from the individualized nature of this course.
