This presentation will walk you through the steps of writing an effective job description.This will include all of the necessary information for posting your positions and will also provide tips on attracting more students to apply.

Do you feel like you aren't asking the right questions in your interview? Not sure what you can and cannot ask? New to the interviewing process?
This presentation will walk you through interviewing tactics and basic guidelines for what you can and cannot ask applicants. Learn more about different methods of interviewing and how you can structure your questions to gain better information when sorting through candidates.

We are excited to have a partnership with the Domestic Violence Network. The following presentations are available for request through our office:
The Dynamics of Domestic Violence: This training will focus on understanding what domestic violence is and the different types of abuse experienced within violent relationships. This training will also focus on debunking myths surrounding domestic violence and answer the question "Why do people stay?".
Domestic Violence at Work: This training will provide information on what domestic violence is and the different types of abuse experienced within violent relationships. This training will provide information on how to assist employees who are experiencing domestic violence while at work and on creating a work environment where employees feel safe disclosing.
Intimate Partner Violence in the LGBTQ Community: This training will define LGBTQ terminology and address myths surrounding intimate partner violence within the LGBTQ community. This training will also discuss specific forms of abuse and barriers for LGBTQ victims and survivors of intimate partner violence and discuss ways to create a safe environment for everyone.
